Caput Medusae's long-awaited debut album ’You Can't Negotiate With Zombies’ is a representation of its time, showcasing the experimental dynamics of post-punk and dark wave grounded in more conventional ’00s riffs. It is a collection of post-punk and eerie electro wave with flashes of brilliance. As a newcomer duo from Germany Caput Medusae have yet to fully develop their signature sound. But there are hints here of the creative force they could become. But even for deep-rooted 'Überfans' of goth subculture, it's much less a decadence than it is an artful starting point.

A very good LP quality, great mastering and cut. The album itself is definitely a very dark one. Sure it will become a classic one in several years and inspire a lot of musicians all over the world. Choosing a favorite track was quite a task.
